How to connect Razorpay to SirioFresh
Follow these steps to set up the integration. Takes about 5 minutes.
Create a Razorpay Account
Sign up at razorpay.com. Complete KYC verification to activate live payments. This takes 1-3 business days.
Generate API Keys
In your Razorpay dashboard, go to Settings > API Keys. Generate a new Key ID and Key Secret. Keep the Key Secret confidential — you will only see it once.
Open SirioFresh Integration Settings
In your SirioFresh dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Razorpay.
Enter Your Razorpay Credentials
Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret into the SirioFresh integration fields. Click Save.
Test with a Live Order
Place a test order from your WhatsApp catalog and complete a small payment. Verify that the payment status shows as "Paid" in your SirioFresh dashboard within seconds.
Enable for All WhatsApp Orders

Yes. You can initiate refunds directly from the Razorpay dashboard for any SirioFresh order. The refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the customer's original payment method. Mark the order as refunded in your SirioFresh dashboard manually after initiating.
