How to connect Shiprocket to SirioFresh
Follow these steps to set up the integration. Takes about 5 minutes.
Create a Shiprocket Account
Sign up at shiprocket.in. Complete your seller profile, including GSTIN (if applicable) and bank account details for COD remittances.
Generate Shiprocket API Credentials
In Shiprocket, go to Settings > API. Generate your API email and password (or token). These are separate from your Shiprocket login credentials.
Open SirioFresh Integration Settings
In SirioFresh, go to Settings > Integrations > Shiprocket.
Connect Your Shiprocket Account
Enter your Shiprocket API credentials in SirioFresh and click Connect. SirioFresh will verify the connection and confirm the integration is active.
Configure Your Pickup Location
Set your pickup address in SirioFresh — this is the address Shiprocket will use for courier pickup. Match this with the pickup address configured in your Shiprocket account.
Dispatch Your First Order
When an order is ready to ship, open it in SirioFresh and click Dispatch. Select Shiprocket as the fulfillment method. Shiprocket will assign a courier and generate a shipping label within minutes.

Shiprocket supports express and overnight delivery options suitable for semi-perishable food items. For highly perishable items, choose couriers offering cold-chain or express delivery (24-48 hour). Check courier-specific guidelines for food shipment eligibility.
If you enable Cash on Delivery in SirioFresh, Shiprocket's courier partner collects the COD amount on delivery and remits it to your Shiprocket wallet within 7-14 business days. You can then withdraw it to your bank account from the Shiprocket dashboard.
